His practice is focused mostly on cases of medical malpractice, including the following injuries: surgical errors, failure to diagnose medical conditions, medical errors and birth injuries. He is also a Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyers named by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.
Mr. Bush is admitted to practice in the state of Florida, and before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. After graduating with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in 1977, he then earned his Master of Arts from the same school.
With a goal to become an attorney who helps those who have been injured in medical situations, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1983.
