Kenneth J. Bush

Shareholder and partner at Kenneth J. Bush, P.A., Kenneth J. Bush represents clients across the state of Florida, from the Panhandle to the Florida Keys. His practice is focused mostly on cases of medical malpractice, including the following injuries: surgical errors, failure to diagnose medical conditions, medical errors and birth injuries. He is also a Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyers named by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.

Mr. Bush is admitted to practice in the state of Florida, and before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. After graduating with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in 1977, he then earned his Master of Arts from the same school.

With a goal to become an attorney who helps those who have been injured in medical situations, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1983. Mr. Bush has an Avvo “Superb” rating, was named by Florida Trend Magazine as a Legal Elite, and for his high ethical standards and long list of successful results, he holds the highest peer rating possible of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell.

A longtime member of the Executive Board of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Mr. Bush is also a member of the Birth Trauma Litigation Group within the American Association for Justice. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Miami-Dade Justice Association, former chair of The Florida Bar Grievance Committees 11A and 11B and was a member of the Medical Malpractice Task Force of the Florida Justice Association.
