Lauren A. Marsicano

Lauren A. Marsicano is the co-founder and senior partner at Marsicano + Leyva PLLC, based in Coral Gables, Florida, where she offers strategic legal counsel to businesses across a broad range of industries. She represents clients in matters involving business and corporate law, with a practice that encompasses employment agreements, contracts, compliance, commercial and civil litigation, and general counsel services. She also advises on startup business formation, franchising, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, limited liability companies, partnerships, noncompete agreements, and intellectual property matters, including copyrights and trademarks.

Ms. Marsicano brings valuable experience working with global Fortune 100 companies, including Bank of America and Ryder. Her background gives her a practical understanding of the legal and operational challenges faced by both large corporations and emerging businesses. She applies this insight to help clients navigate complex transactions, minimize risk and achieve their business objectives efficiently.

Ms. Marsicano earned her bachelor’s degree in international business and finance from The University of Tampa Sykes College of Business in 2010. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013. She was admitted to practice law in Florida in 2013 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the Bar Association of the District of Columbia.
