Michael T. Flanagan

The founding partner of Flanagan & Bodenheimer, Michael T. Flanagan, is a reputed attorney practicing law from the firm’s office in Coral Gables, Florida. Exclusively focusing his practice on representing citizens of Florida who are victims of misconduct and negligence, he has litigated cases for individuals who have suffered injuries due to others’ carelessness. From trucking accidents and motorcycle accidents to medical malpractice, brain injury and spinal cord injury, he has been adept at handling a wide spectrum of personal injury cases.

At the young age of 29, within a few years of starting his practice, Mr. Flanagan obtained a multimillion-dollar settlement against one of the largest corporations in the world. A graduate of Northeastern University, Mr. Flanagan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 2008. He joined the University of Miami School of Law, where he pursued law studies for three years, obtaining his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 2011. Here, he held positions in the university’s various counsels and associations, including serving as attorney general of the Student Bar Association. He was also awarded the prestigious Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities Award.
