Peter D. Dzuba

Peter Dzuba is an attorney in the Firm’s Corporate Practice. He advises clients on the structuring and execution of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, fund formations, and asset restructurings. His practice also includes counseling clients on regulatory compliance and providing litigation support in business-related disputes.

Prior to joining the Firm, Peter was a partner at a boutique law practice, where he built and managed a corporate practice representing high-net-worth individuals, emerging companies, and established businesses across a variety of industries. Earlier in his career, Peter developed a strong foundation in corporate immigration and cross-border investment matters, advising on business-related visa strategies and working with EB-5 regional centers to evaluate investment opportunities. He also gained in-house legal experience supporting merger-related matters. This combined background gives him a practical understanding of both investor and general counsel priorities, allowing him to collaborate effectively with in-house teams and advise clients navigating the intersection of corporate transactions and regulatory compliance.
