Alan D. Danz

Alan D. Danz founded Danz Law, PLLC, in South Florida, with a keen focus on labor and employment law. As managing partner, he exclusively represents employers, providing exceptional counsel on workplace violation claims. His legal proficiency encompasses a spectrum of employment-related issues, from discrimination and harassment to intricate grievances to wage and hour claims.

Mr. Danz achieved his undergraduate degree with honors at Queens College of the City University of New York and went on to earn a master’s degree from the University of Maryland before completing his doctoral studies at Purdue University with a focus on auditory physiology and vestibular disorders. The legal chapter of his life commenced at the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated with honors and contributed as a staff editor to the Inter-American Law Review.

Professionally, Mr. Danz has held significant roles, including the past presidency of the Florida Lawyers Network and a stint on the board of governors for the Broward County Bar Association and the Baudhuin Preschool of Nova Southeastern University, reflecting his commitment to the legal community and his influence in shaping the practice of law in Florida.
