Anthony E. Aguanno

Hailing from New Jersey, Mr. Aguanno relocated to Florida in 2005, where he balanced his high school education at Pine Ridge High School with earning an associate degree from Daytona State College. His academic pursuits continued at the University of South Florida, where he delved into chemical engineering, psychology, economics and criminology, ultimately securing degrees in economics and criminology while also tutoring fellow students in economics. His path led him to Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, where he secured his J.D. in 2016.

While pursuing his legal education, Mr. Aguanno sharpened his attention on intellectual property and business law. His commitment led to recognition in numerous intellectual property classes and an invitation to join the Transnational Law and Policy Journal. Additionally, he gathered significant insights through internships, one with a nonprofit law firm in Daytona Beach and another with a personal injury law firm in the United States.

Upon graduating in 2016, Mr. Aguanno ventured to Tampa to join an insurance defense firm, dealing primarily with construction defect litigation and bodily injury claims. His work involved collaborating with contractors across Florida. In 2019, he returned to Volusia County to join a civil defense firm in DeLand, where his focus expanded to include bodily injury, construction defect, first-party property and PIP litigation. In 2024, he became part of Cobb Cole, where his practice remains centered on litigation.
