During his time in law school, his academic excellence was evident through his active involvement in activities on campus, including serving as the notes and comments editor of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor, he obtained his Law and Innovation Intellectual Property Certificate and was honored as a Pedrick Scholar.
A consummate professional through and through, Mr. Boehringer pursues every available legal avenue to get his clients the respite and relief they deserve, and he utilizes his expansive practical knowledge to break down complex problems and handle pressure situations with grace and poise. Ranging from the Fair Labor Standards Act litigation to false advertising litigation and trademark disputes, he understands what needs to be done to help his clients achieve their goals amicably. Since obtaining his license to practice law in Florida in 2019, he later gained admission to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
