Mr. Dover continued his education at the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. Throughout law school, he gained diverse experience by working in various law offices, the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office and a nonprofit humanitarian organization. During his second year, he advocated for disadvantaged youth at the University of Miami Children and Youth Law Clinic.

Upon graduating from law school in 2013 and obtaining his license to practice law in Florida in 2014, Mr. Dover began his legal career with the statewide guardian ad litem program, advocating for those without a voice. He later transitioned to private practice, working at two leading personal injury and personal injury protection litigation firms in South Florida before co-founding Demesmin & Dover in late 2019.

An upstanding figure in the legal community, Mr. Dover is an active associate of The Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association. Furthermore, he maintains a "Good" rating on Avvo and is fluent in Spanish, enabling him to serve a broad spectrum of clients.
