Originally from Philadelphia, Mr. Winston pursued his bachelor’s degree in sociology at Pennsylvania State University and graduated cum laude with honors from Temple University in 1990. He then obtained his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 1994. He is authorized to practice law in all Florida courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
