Originally from Philadelphia, Mr. Winston pursued his bachelor’s degree in sociology at Pennsylvania State University and graduated cum laude with honors from Temple University in 1990. He then obtained his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 1994. He is authorized to practice law in all Florida courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. His achievements have been recognized through numerous accolades, including membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a perfect 10.0 Avvo score and an AV Preeminent peer-review rating* through Martindale-Hubbell.

A distinguished presence in the legal community, Mr. Winston actively participates in The Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association (BCBA).
