C. Brandon Arzabe

A Montgomery County, Maryland, native, C. Brandon Arzabe brings a deep-rooted commitment to serving the community as a zealous advocate for personal injury victims. He is a skilled litigator and functions as a trial attorney based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL at Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath.

After graduating from the University of Maryland and being an active member of Tau Kappa Epsilon, Mr. Arzabe continued his legal education at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During his tenure at Nova Southeastern University, he was a distinguished member of several honor societies, notably the Nova Trial Association and the Moot Court Society. Mr. Arzabe was Admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida in 2017.

Armed with a solid foundation in law, Mr. Arzabe gained invaluable litigation experience by defending insurance companies and their insured clients across a wide array of cases, encompassing personal injury claims, property damage disputes, and breach of contract cases. However, after a number of years representing insurance companies, he shifted his focus to exclusively represent personal injury victims and their families, leveraging his comprehensive knowledge of insurance companies internal policies and procedures to benefit his clients. He is deeply committed to seeking justice and providing dedicated representation for those in need.

Mr. Arzabe recovers consistently recovers millions of dollars on behalf of his clients every year through his legal work at Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey, & Fronrath. He has successfully represented numerous clients in jury trials throughout the state of Florida and has obtained trial verdicts as high as $4,672,628.04. He understands that injury cases can at times be very stressful for victims and their families and as a result he takes the time to personally communicate with each of his clients whenever needed. Mr. Arzabe deeply values the trust his clients place in him to fight for their rights and overcome the difficult obstacles life throws at them.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Arzabe enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending mass, traveling, exercising, playing sports, youth mentoring, and giving back to his community through involvement in multiple associations and charitable organizations.
