After completing his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Arkansas, Mr. Prater graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013.
During law school, Mr. Prater served as a member of the Moot Court team, interned at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal, and worked at several well-known firms. Before joining Pollard PLLC, he spent three years litigating complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
