As an undergraduate, Ms. Finizio attended Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, where she majored in English and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1997. Her legal education came at Rutgers Law School in Camden, where she was a member of the school's Environmental Law Society before being awarded her Juris Doctor in 2000.
