Gabriel F. Zambrano

Gabriel Fernando Zambrano, a dedicated attorney based in South Florida, has been practicing law across the state since 1994. At the Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, he focuses on personal injury law. Throughout his career, he has amassed extensive trial experience, particularly in complex and catastrophic injury cases. Initially, he honed his skills in commercial litigation and insurance defense, skillfully managing cases from their inception through to resolution, whether by mediation or trial. 

Mr. Zambrano’s courtroom capabilities were notably demonstrated during a landmark Engle Tobacco trial in 2011, where he served as co-counsel and helped secure one of the largest verdicts of the year. Currently, he is a fervent advocate for personal injury victims and is deeply committed to assisting individuals in their pursuit of justice.

Recognized nationally for his pioneering work on behalf of women and girls affected by severe side effects from Drospirenone-containing birth control pills, Mr. Zambrano’s advocacy has placed him at the forefront of significant legal battles against major pharmaceutical companies, reflecting his dedication to consumer safety and corporate accountability.

As a naturalized American citizen and a first-generation American immigrant, he understands the challenges faced by those who strive for the American Dream. Educationally, Mr. Zambrano is well-prepared, holding a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in arts, history, English literature and philosophy from the University of Miami. His legal credentials are complemented by admissions to practice before several prestigious courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States.

Active in the legal community, Mr. Zambrano is a member of various professional associations, including the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and The Florida Bar.
