Mr. Berkowitz earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1988. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School in 1992. Furthering his academic credentials, he obtained a Master of Arts degree in government from Johns Hopkins University in 1998. He was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1992.
An active member of the legal community, Mr. Berkowitz maintains involvement in several professional organizations, including the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association and The Florida Bar.
