As a founding partner at PeytonBolin in the vibrant city of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, attorney Jane F. Bolin collaborates with businesses, associations and individuals across the state. Her legal practice is intricately woven around association law and real property litigation, where she deftly navigates cases involving association turnovers, terminations, collections, evictions, covenant enforcement, municipal fines, liens, foreclosures, contract disputes, landlord-tenant issues and quiet titles.
Ms. Bolin demonstrates exceptional proficiency in formulating customized policies and strategies that foresee potential difficulties and in addressing conflicts that have already arisen. She collaborates closely with her clients to devise comprehensive strategies that address pressing issues and future goals.
Hailing originally from Washington, D.C., Ms. Bolin pursued her academic journey with a B.A. in political science from Radford University, a master’s degree in sports management from the United States Sports Academy and a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. Her passion for teaching has led her to serve as an adjunct faculty member at both St. Thomas University School of Law and Nova Southeastern University.
Ms. Bolin remains an active presence in the legal community as a member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association. Her allegiance to giving back is evident in her involvement with various charities and organizations such as the Children’s Diagnostic and Treatment Center and the Entrepreneurs’ Organization South Florida chapter.
An accomplished author of "Mastering the Business of Your Association," Ms. Bolin shares her insights on association law, real estate and entrepreneurship with numerous professional associations throughout Florida. As the first female chair of the Governance Committee for Entrepreneurs' Organization, she brings her knowledge in governance and communication to the forefront.
