Jennifer K. Waterway

Jennifer Waterway focuses on family law, serving as an attorney, mediator, and guardian ad litem.  She handles a wide range of matters, including divorce, paternity, child custody and timesharing, child relocation, civil domestic violence, dependency, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.  She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and also serves as a guardian ad litem and attorney ad litem for children in need.

Jennifer has practiced law since 2000 and has a strong litigation background.  Before starting her own practice in 2011, she worked for powerhouse law firms, handling high-conflict family, probate, and guardianship matters, and representing sophisticated corporate clients in product liability, mass tort, and commercial matters in state and federal courts across the country.  Her clients included individuals and manufacturers/distributors of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, construction equipment, luxury yachts, and other high-profile products, providing her with aggressive, extensive litigation and courtroom experience.  Before that, Jennifer served as a judicial law clerk at the Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach, Florida, handling civil, criminal, and family law appeals.

Jennifer sincerely believes in the amicable resolution of disputes and reducing litigation whenever possible.  Her approach is strong but practical and professional, striving to resolve matters not only in the best interest of her clients, but also in the best interest of their families as a whole.
