Ms. Ginsberg's practice emphasizes Estate and Trust Administration with a specialization in Guardianship matters. She is active in several local organizations, serving as the Vice Chair of the Board of the Arts and Culture Center Hollywood, the International Women's Committee of the Perez Art Museum of Miami as well as the Collectors Counsel of the Perez Art Musuem Miami, Junior Achievement as the Board Scholarship Chair, The Humane Society of Broward County, the American Lung Association chairing the Sunset Soiree for four years in a row, United Way of Broward County-Former Chairwomen of the Tax Seminar, Community Foundation of Broward County on the Professional Advisory Committee, and a former Board Member of the Riverwalk Trust. Ms. Ginsberg also devotes her time to Mission United, an organization serving our Veterans. Ms. Ginsberg is active in the Florida Bar and chaired the Sponsorship committee of the Elder Law Section of the Bar from 2016-2024, as well as serving on the Elder Law Board Certification Committee for a six-year term. She was just appointed and now serves on the Board of the NSU Art Museum and has recently been appointed as the Chair of the Museum's Planned Giving Counsel. She is the recipient of the 2020-2021 Florida Bar President Pro Bono Award, and the 2025 Coast to Coast Pro Bono Lawyer of the year, among several local and charitable honors. She graduated from the Franklin and Marshall College and Brooklyn Law School serving on Moot Court Honor Society. Ms. Ginsberg is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Elder Law and holds a Level 2 WSET Wine and Spirits Certification with merit. She lectures often on topics of Estate Planning, Elder Abuse and Avoiding Guardianships. An avid Art Collector, she resides in Hollywood with her partner David Kaplan and their rescue dog Jeffrey.
