Joey M. Lampert is the founder of Fort Lauderdale-based Lampert Law Firm. Mr. Lampert is a Board Certified Business Litigation Specialist focusing his practice on complex business disputes throughout the State of Florida. He represents companies, shareholders, executives, and entrepreneurs in high-stakes commercial litigation. Mr. Lampert focuses his practice on business litigation, partnership disputes, breach of contract, business torts, fraud claims, breach of fiduciary duty, restrictive covenant matters, and defamation.
Before founding Lampert Law Firm, Mr. Lampert practiced at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, one of the nation's premier litigation firms, and was a Partner at Perlman, Bajandas, Yevoli & Albright, LLP. At Lampert Law Firm, every matter receives direct partner-level attention. The firm combines the sophistication and litigation experience associated with larger firms with the responsiveness, efficiency, and client access of a focused business litigation boutique.
Mr. Lampert earned his Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the Center for Ethics and Public Service.
