Jonathan Gdanski

Jonathan Gdanski is an attorney at Schlesinger Law Offices, P.A., in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Gdanski represents clients throughout the Fort Lauderdale area in personal injury cases involving product liability, tobacco litigation, catastrophic injuries and other issues. He is a highly experienced trial lawyer and strong negotiator with over a decade of legal experience. 

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Gdanski has recovered major sums in settlements and verdicts for his clients. He has litigated complex cases in state and federal court and tried both individual and class action lawsuits. He is a dedicated advocate for his clients, focused on protecting their legal rights and fighting for fair compensation. 

Additionally, Mr. Gdanski handles tobacco and electronic cigarette litigation. He is the author of an article published in Nicotine & Tobacco Research, the official journal for the Society for Research on Nicotine & Tobacco. He has also spoken at several continuing legal education conferences and his involvement in many high-profile cases has led to appearances and mentions on various national media outlets.

Outside of his law practice, Mr. Gdanski enjoys serving his local and professional communities. He sits on the Beth Israel Congregation board in Miami Beach and is a member of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Attorneys Information Exchange Group and B’Nai B’rith Justice Unit #5207.

Mr. Gdanski received bachelor’s degrees from Genesis Jerusalem Institute and Yeshiva University. He earned his law degree from Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He holds a license to practice law before all Florida state courts.
