Josiah Daniel Graham

Securing multimillion dollars for personal injury victims of Florida, Josiah Daniel Graham is an esteemed attorney and managing partner of the Graham Injury Firm, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He extends his practice to the South Florida regions of Fort Lauderdale, Miami and West Palm Beach, and has been practicing in the state for more than seven years. 

Dedicating his career to the survivors of catastrophic injuries, Mr. Graham also caters to requirements regarding all aspects of medical malpractice, negligent duty and wrongful death. As a native of Fort Lauderdale, his commitment toward its people is reflected in the quality with which he treats them. 

Initiating his career in 2014, Mr. Graham started as an assistant state attorney at the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. During this tenure, he has tried over 30 jury and nonjury trials of various degrees. After spending close to three years prosecuting criminals, he made a career shift to help and assist the victims of personal injury in his state. He served at a boutique firm for more than four years working exclusively on high-stakes serious injury cases and recovering over three million as settlement, before the inception of Graham Injury Firm. 

Attending the University of Central Florida, Mr. Graham was an active part of the UCF Trial Team and secured a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and government in 2010. The next year, he joined the Florida State University College of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2014. While in law school, he received the Best Advocate Award in the Wayne Hogan Intramural Mock Trial Competition and was the captain of the Black Law Student Association Mock Trial Team.
