Mr. Carlin is a graduate of the Florida International University College of Law and has been admitted to practice law in Florida since 2009. While attending law school, he interned for a federal judge and was a member of the Florida International University Law Review.

Admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, Mr. Carlin is also licensed to appear in federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Over the course of his legal career, he has litigated a wide variety of cases, some of which have resulted in verdicts and settlements in the million and multimillion-dollar range.
