He received his license to practice in Florida and Pennsylvania the following year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
Mr. Kean is a member of The Florida Bar and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He also served on the Broward County Bar Association's board of directors, and he is a former member and past chair of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee.
