Peter T. Mavrick is the founder of the Fort Lauderdale-based Mavrick Law Firm. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, representing clients throughout the state of Florida, and he has been admitted to practice in California since 1992 and in Florida since 1996. In addition, Mr. Mavrick is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 9th and 11th Circuits.
A significant portion of Mr. Mavrick’s practice involves business litigation, including claims asserting breach of contract, tortious interference with contractual and business relationships, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, and under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
