Sarah J. Foster

Attorney Sarah J. Foster provides zealous representation to the personal injury victims of Florida, through the Fort Lauderdale-based law firm Schlesinger Law Offices, P.A., where she serves as an attorney.  Practicing law since 2019, she focuses primarily in the field of products liability, including defective medical devices, pharmaceutical drugs, tobacco, and other consumer products.  In addition, Ms. Foster represents victims of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death resulting from motor vehicle crashes, medical malpractice, and premises liability. 

Ms. Foster brings to the Schlesinger team not only a law degree, but an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences.  She draws upon her medical knowledge in litigating cases against medical device manufacturers and cases involving medical negligence.  Serious injury or loss of life due to dysfunctional or defective medical devices can have repercussions throughout the life of the victim and their loved ones. These injuries caused due to the neglect or wrongdoing of others cannot be reversed and hence requires a diligent attorney to make the plaintiff’s case and recover judgments or settlements on behalf of the clients.  Ms. Foster has dedicated her career to helping the victims get the opportunity to hold the corporations or individuals responsible for the injuries accountable for their mistakes and ensure that they do not repeat these in the future.  She extends empathy and compassion toward each of her clients which helps her connect with them on a personal level and aid them in obtaining compensation to get their life back on track.
