Outside of the products liability area, Mr. Schlesinger has enjoyed similar successes, including a $32.75 million medical malpractice award.
Majoring in biopsychology, Mr. Schlesinger attended Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and he received a Bachelor of Science in 1981. He then pursued his legal education at what was then known as the University of Florida College of Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1984. Mr. Schlesinger's professional memberships include the Florida Justice Association and the American Association for Justice.
