Steven Geller

Attorney Steven Geller is the founder and owner of Geller Law Firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. A nationally ranked land use and gambling law attorney with more than 40 years of total legal experience, Geller also served 20 years in the Florida House of Representatives and Senate, as Mayor of Broward County, and currently serves as a Broward County Commissioner and Chair of the South Florida Regional Planning Council. Mr. Geller also serves as legal adviser and special counsel for the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States, and he has conducted numerous lectures and continuing legal education seminars across his region and throughout the country on a variety of legal topics related to gambling and insurance issues. He also routinely serves as de facto general counsel for many high net worth clients throughout Broward County who are dealing with complex and pressing legal challenges.

Moreover, Mr. Geller has handled numerous matters before various state government branches as well as before the Agency for Health Care Administration, the Florida Department of Health and the Florida Elections Commission. He is a former Partner at a National Law Firm, where he chaired various legal practice groups.
