Terra L. Sickler

A real estate attorney with Twig, Trade, & Tribunal, PLLC, Terra L. Sickler concentrates her practice in Florida.  She is the co-founder, partner and director of the firm’s Real Property and Estate Administration Law section. Licensed to practice since 2011, she prioritizes giving credible and efficient counsel to her clients in matters related to real estate transactions and litigation, estate planning, and probate and trust administration. 

Over the years of her college education and initial training thereafter, Ms. Sickler was inculcated with a variety of skills including prelitigation processes of drafting memos, researching laws and analyzing contextual cases. While working as an associate at a prominent firm in Orlando, she was a lead attorney on several foreclosure defense cases and got the opportunity to independently handle a wide variety of cases involving construction litigation, landlord-tenant issues, commercial litigation and others.

At Twig, Trade, & Tribunal, PLLC, Ms. Sickler represents money lenders, homeowners, landlords and tenants, and business professionals in transactions of property and small businesses, with a unique niche for restaurateurs. She helps individuals plan their future by analyzing clients' estates and creating the necessary documents (whether trusts or wills), and additionally assists families to overcome the challenges they might face while administering a decedent’s probate estate.

An enthusiastic participant in social commitment activities, Ms. Sickler serves as the president of the Kiwanis Club of Fort Lauderdale. Additionally, she has also served as a member of the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale and the City of Fort Lauderdale Community Services Advisory Board, and continues to represent her Firm through various professional associations through out the State.
