Attorney Christopher H. Brown is a partner with the Brown, Suarez, Rios & Weinberg, P.A., law firm, which has five office locations across Southwest Florida. A staunch advocate for justice and protecting the rights of others, he also handles all types of serious personal injury claims as well as appeals.  Chris has tried well over 150 cases to verdict in state and federal courts.

A 1995 graduate of the University of Florida, Mr. Brown returned to his alma mater and obtained his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1999. The Florida Bar admitted him to practice in 2002, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Regarded as a leader in his field, Mr. Brown has written extensively and conducted lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of topics related to effective trial tactics, expert testimony, jury selection, false confessions and other subjects. Over the course of his career, he has helped hundreds of clients achieve the favorable outcomes they deserve for their serious and complex legal challenges, and he has earned a reputation as a tenacious trial attorney who can get results.

A consummate professional, Mr. Brown is actively involved with several local, state and national legal organizations, including the Charlotte County Bar, Lee County Bar and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, where he was a member of the board of directors. He also once served as chair for the 20th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee, and he is a former of the Biggs Chapter of the Inns of Court and current Master of the Calusa Chapter of the Inns of Court.
