Kevin F. Jursinski has 40 years of experience in the areas of real estate and construction law and business litigation. Mr. Jursinski is Florida Bar Board-Certified in Real Estate Law, Business Litigation, and Construction Law, the only attorney in the state to be certified in these three areas simultaneously. He is also recognized as one of the premier attorneys in the state for entertainment and gaming law in regard to game promotions, arcade centers and video games.
After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice at Kent State University, Mr. Jursinski earned his Juris Doctor from the Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 1980, graduating in the top 15 percent of his class. Today, he is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Although skilled in litigation, Mr. Jursinski explores all potential outcomes of a case and recognizes the value of resolving disputes outside of the courtroom when possible. As a certified court mediator and state-qualified arbitrator, Mr. Jursinski is proficient in alternative dispute resolution methods.
