Attorney Matthew A. Linde is the founder and owner of Linde Law Group, which has office locations in Naples and Fort Myers, Florida. A 1989 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Mr. Linde attended the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1993. He also earned his Master of Laws in taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1999. He holds his license to practice in California, Wisconsin and Minnesota, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Active in numerous local, state and national legal organizations, Mr. Linde is the current co-chair of the Lee County Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. He has also served on the board of directors of Florida Lawyers Assistance, Inc., and he is a former barrister with the American Inns of Court.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Linde led a successful career in the U.S. Air Force for more than 10 years, where he served as a certified S.E.R.E. instructor as well as with the Resistance Training Branch. Honored for his outstanding contributions, he received the U.S. Air Force Commendation Medal and the Air Force Achievement Medal.
