- DUI .15 or Higher, Dismissed. I was able to show the inaccuracies of the Field Sobriety Exercises and the Breath Test to obtain a Dismissal for my client., 2024
- 2nd DUI Dismissed Client was stopped for a reckless driving pattern. After failing Field Sobriety Exercises, Client was arrested for his Second DUI. The Client refused the Breath Test. The case was ultimately dropped., 2022
- DUI Refusal- Dismissed Client was stopped for speeds in excess of double the posted speed limit. After the Client made admissions of drinking, partook in Field Sobriety Exercises and Refused a Breath test, I was able to have the case Dismissed., 2023
- DUI Refusal- Dismissal I was able to show that the officer did not have probable cause to arrest my client. The State was forced to dismiss the charges., 2023
- Felony DUI Dismissed Client was stopped for speeding. Client attempted to flee the officer's prior to the stop. After investigating the stop, the officers violated several of the Client's Constitutional Rights. I was able to utilize these violations in order to have the case Dismissed., 2020
