Benjamin J. Steinberg

With a decade of experience, Benjamin J. Steinberg is an attorney with Morgan & Morgan law firm, working primarily out of the firm's law office in Gainesville, Florida. A member of the firm's medical malpractice department, he provides invaluable counsel and support to clients across his region who have suffered a serious injury or lost a loved one due to medical negligence.

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Steinberg has handled numerous civil litigation matters arising from medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, business disputes and more. Mr. Steinberg is an active member of The Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association, the Florida Bar Trial Lawyers Section, the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association and the James C. Adkins Jr. American Inn of Court, among his other professional affiliations.
