James G. Biggart II is an attorney at the law firm of Morgan & Morgan in Tallahassee, Florida. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, he served as a lieutenant commander in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps and also held several legal positions throughout Florida at both private firms and government agencies.
