Phil Revah

Phil Revah is the founding attorney of Revah Law Group, which has its offices in Miami, Florida. He has been in the legal field for over eight years and provides sound and knowledgeable counsel to his clients. He concentrates his legal practice on transactions and lawsuits involving real estate.

Mr. Revah has consistently prevailed in court in numerous real estate lawsuits, including those involving landlord-tenant law, breach of real estate purchase agreements, foreclosures on behalf of homeowners' associations and condominiums, declaratory actions for tax deed surplus funds, evictions, unlawful detainer actions, ejectment suits, and disputes involving commercial and residential construction, including construction lien foreclosures.

Moreover, Mr. Revah has had experience defending investors and developers in extrajudicial processes pertaining to platting, rezoning and land use. In addition to his knowledge and experience in all real estate-related situations, his exceptional courtroom skills have distinguished him in his profession and won him praise from the legal community.

Having earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami's School of Law, Mr. Revah excelled as a top scorer on The Florida Bar Exam. During his legal education, he concentrated on civil law and trial advocacy. He is proficient in French.

Mr. Revah is licensed to practice law in Florida and Washington, D.C., as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. He is an active member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.
