Arianna M. Mendez is the founder and managing attorney of The Law Firm of Arianna M. Mendez, PLLC, where she represents entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, investors, property owners, and families throughout Florida in business litigation, real estate litigation, commercial transactions, and business succession planning.

As the architect of the firm's "Mendez Means Business." philosophy, Arianna approaches every representation with a singular objective: helping clients protect what they have built while positioning them for long-term success. Whether negotiating commercial agreements, resolving shareholder and partnership disputes, litigating real estate and commercial conflicts, prosecuting and defending breach of contract claims, or advising clients on business succession planning, she develops practical legal strategies designed to protect her clients' businesses, assets, real property, and opportunities.

Arianna's commitment to business owners is deeply personal. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs whose business was confiscated by the Cuban government following the communist revolution. That family history shaped her understanding that a business is far more than a source of income—it is the product of sacrifice, perseverance, and vision, and often the foundation of a family's legacy. Today, that experience drives her mission to help clients protect not only the businesses they have built, but also the opportunities and legacies they hope to pass on to future generations.

Prior to founding her firm, Arianna practiced civil litigation in South Florida, representing clients in matters involving commercial litigation, breach of contract, insurance disputes, consumer protection, real estate, condominium law, and appellate practice. She helped establish her former firm's appellate division and served as second chair on numerous civil appeals. Those experiences continue to shape the strategic and practical approach she brings to every client matter.

In addition to litigation, Arianna advises clients on business formation, corporate governance, contract negotiation, business succession planning, and proactive legal strategies designed to reduce risk and prevent disputes before they arise. She believes that some of the most valuable legal work occurs long before a lawsuit is ever filed, by helping clients build businesses that are structured to withstand challenges and transition successfully from one generation to the next. From formation and growth to dispute resolution, succession planning, and business transitions, Arianna serves as a trusted legal advisor throughout every stage of a business's lifecycle.

Arianna is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a County Court Mediator. She is recognized for her strategic advocacy, responsive client service, and practical approach to resolving complex commercial and real estate disputes. An active member of the business community, Arianna regularly collaborates with accountants, financial professionals, real estate professionals, and other trusted advisors to help clients address legal issues from a broader business perspective.

Outside the practice of law, Arianna is a devoted wife and mother. She is married to Christopher, an Iraq War veteran who proudly served his country for eight years and continues his public service as a military planner. Together, they are raising their daughter, Anastasia, along with their two Pomskies, Pooka and Fox, who are beloved members of the family.

When she is away from the office, Arianna enjoys traveling with her family, exploring historic sites and antique shops, reading, and discovering the next exceptional afternoon tea experience wherever her travels take her. She believes that experiencing different cultures, preserving history, and spending meaningful time with family provide the perspective that enriches both her personal life and her practice of law.
