Andrew M. Woods

An attorney with an impressive educational background, Mr. Woods completed his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in business/managerial economics at The University of Arizona in 2008. He later received his Doctor of Jurisprudence with honors from the University of Denver – Sturm College of Law in 2011 followed by an LL.M. in taxation from the same university. He is also a graduate of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel – Florida Fellows Institute.

Over his career spanning nearly a decade, Mr. Woods has successfully handled a variety of estate planning matters involving elder law, special needs planning, wealth preservation, taxation, probate and trust administration, and guardianships. Moreover, he has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service. He is licensed to practice in Florida since 2013 and is also authorized to appear in Ohio and before the United States Tax Court. 

Recognized for his intense knowledge in his area of law, Mr. Woods has authored a number of articles on a range of estate planning topics. He is rated “Very Good” on Avvo for his professionalism and outstanding client services. 

Mr. Woods served as a board member of the Estate Planning Council of Naples, Inc. and the chair of the Collier County Bar Association’s Trusts & Estates Section. He is an active member of the American Bar Association and The Florida Bar. Furthermore, he is a planned giving committee member of the Conservancy of Southwest Florida, a wildlife preserve center in Florida.
