Christopher J. Iseley

Christopher J. Iseley is a founding partner of Iseley | Fugitt with over 28 years of legal experience. He has represented billion-dollar companies, small businesses, professionals, insureds, and other individuals as lead counsel in hundreds of lawsuits and other matters throughout the State of Florida. In additional to contract drafting and negotiating, Mr. Iseley's practice focuses on litigation with an emphasis in construction law matters, including construction defect claims, insurance defense, breach of contract, negligence, claims of lien, payment and performance bonds, unlicensed contracting, and delay claims.  Mr. Iseley has achieved a Martindale-Hubbell® AV Preeminent Rating, which is the highest available.  In 2006, Mr. Iseley was certified by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Construction Lawyer and he is recognized as a construction law expert.  He has successfully represented clients in a diverse range of cases, spanning small residential projects to multimillion-dollar complex cases involving multi-family and commercial construction.  Over the years, Mr. Iseley has litigated and successfully resolved through early settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial nearly every type of construction defect claim, including those involving design, roof, framing, windows, stucco, building envelope, HVAC, drainage, and sub-surface condition deficiencies.
