He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1995 with honors from the Florida State University. Post law school, he served as an assistant state attorney at the State Attorney's Office of the 4th Circuit. He is licensed to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
