A partner at Coker Law, Daniel A. Iracki has been certified as a specialist in civil trial law by The Florida Bar. From the firm's office in Jacksonville, Florida, he focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, providing advice and counsel to clients throughout the state who have suffered economic and noneconomic losses due to the negligence or recklessness of other people or entities. The many successful settlements and jury awards that Mr. Iracki has been able to obtain on behalf of his plaintiff clients include a jury verdict in excess of $5.4 million for a woman who was rear-ended by an underinsured motorist and another jury award in excess of $11.4 million for the victim of a motor vehicle accident.
Mr. Iracki's successful track record has not gone unnoticed by his fellow professionals. He has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for several consecutive years, and he has also been named to both The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 and The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100. Admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, Mr. Iracki is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
The immediate past president of the Jacksonville Justice Association, Mr. Iracki remains active in that organization and in other professional groups as well. His professional memberships include International Academy of Trial Lawyers, International Society of Barristers, the Jacksonville Bar Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Bar Association and the Chester Bedell American Inn of Court. He has also served on the board of directors of the Child Cancer Fund, a Jacksonville-based nonprofit organization. Mr. Iracki is a graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law, having been awarded his Juris Doctor in 2007.
