E. Aaron Sprague

Coker Law, based in Jacksonville, Florida, is proud to have E. Aaron Sprague as a distinguished member of their team. Mr. Sprague serves clients primarily in the Jacksonville area, focusing on appellate law. With a commendable career in litigation, he has demonstrated his ability to successfully represent clients throughout various stages of the legal process, from initial demands to mediation and trial.

Upon completing his legal education in 2002, Mr. Sprague began his career at Coker Law as an associate attorney. In this role, he advocated for plaintiffs in numerous personal injury and wrongful death cases. His commitment to justice and skill in litigation led him to the Oregon Department of Justice in 2008, where he served as an Assistant Attorney General. During his tenure there, he represented the State of Oregon, handling civil cases involving the state, its agencies, and its employees in both state and federal courts. His experience in government service enriched his understanding of the legal system and broadened his perspective on civil litigation.

In 2011, Mr. Sprague returned to Coker Law, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. His dedication and success in the firm led to his promotion to partner in 2017, a testament to his hard work and legal acumen. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Brigham Young University, earned in 1999, followed by a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan in 2002.

Mr. Sprague is actively involved in several professional organizations. He is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is also associated with the Florida Justice Association, the American Bar Association, the Jacksonville Justice Association and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
