Jesse Dreicer

Jesse Dreicer is a partner at Tassone & Dreicer, LLC, located in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Dreicer represents clients throughout the state in matters related to criminal law as well as family law. He defends clients accused of felonies and misdemeanors, including people charged with driving under the influence, domestic battery, homicide, white collar crimes, probation violations, drug charges and sex crimes.

Mr. Dreicer also assists clients in matters related to asset forfeiture, record expungements and bond reductions. Typical cases involving family law include divorce, child custody, post-decree modifications, child abuse, stalking, child endangerment, visitation issues, protective orders, alimony, relocation and child support. Mr. Dreicer also handles appeals in both criminal and civil matters. Since 2007, he has represented clients in more than 20 jury trials that have gone to verdict.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Dreicer attended Auburn University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 2004. He then pursued his legal studies at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2007. Admitted to practice in Florida, Mr. Dreicer is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Dreicer is a member of The Florida Bar, The Jacksonville Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Inc. He also serves on the board of directors of a Jacksonville non-profit organization that provides emotional, educational and financial support to families of children with cancer.
