Details
In just a little over a decade, Jennifer Lipinski swiftly emerged as a trusted attorney for the citizens of Florida. Extending her service to clients across the state from her firm, Lipinski Law, with a particular focus on residents in and around Jupiter, she advocates for individuals involved in automobile accidents, victims of sexual assault and medical malpractice and the elderly who have faced abuse in their nursing homes.
A highly knowledgeable and tenacious attorney, Ms. Lipinski has served as co-counsel and spearheaded several multi-million dollar settlement cases. Recently, she secured a $2,600,000 verdict in a sexual abuse case against a rehabilitation center for their failure to supervise an employee. Another notable example is her integral role as a member of the trial team in securing a $21,000,000 verdict in a wrongful death case. The victim, a 37-year-old mother and wife, tragically lost her life due to medical malpractice by a prominent laboratory company.
Along with her inclusion in The National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 list, Ms. Lipinski and her unwavering commitment to her work have been honored by many professional organizations, including the Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, by recognizing her as one of the “Up & Comers” attorneys. In 2018, she received the Lawyer of the Year award from the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
An active member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Ms. Lipinski is currently a member of the Board of Governors, representing the state of Florida. Previously, she chaired AAJ’s New Lawyers Division.
Ms. Lipinski graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2008, earning her bachelor’s degree in political science, majorly concentrating on American politics and policy. She later obtained her Juris Doctor degree with high honors from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2012 and also holds a certificate from the university’s Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute, an institute renowned for its two-year litigation program.
