At the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office, Ms. Parker became the Deputy Chief of the County Court and later the Chief of the County Court Division and the Domestic Violence Division. In 2009, she became the Chief Assistant State Attorney until 2011.

Ms. Parker has been featured on the Nancy Grace show and In Session(Court TV), where she has served as a legal analyst for prominent cases. Additionally, she has appeared on USA TODAY, 20/20, Dateline, Sins and Secrets, American Greed, Nothing Personal and SNAPPED.

Giving back to society, Ms. Parker spends her time involved in community activities. She is currently a board member at the Pet Haven Rescue and was a former board member of the KidSafe Foundation.
