David C. (Dave) Dismuke

The founder of Dismuke Law, David Dismuke focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. From the firm's main office in Lakeland, Florida, he represents clients throughout the area and other parts of the state. Admitted to practice before all Florida state courts since 2001, Mr. Dismuke is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer.

Mr. Dismuke's client base is comprised of people who have been harmed by the negligence of other people or entities. The types of cases that he has worked on during his distinguished career have included incidents arising out of truck and other motor vehicle crashes, premises liability, auto-pedestrian accidents, and legal malpractice, and he has been able to obtain millions of dollars in compensation for his clients through both jury awards and settlements that he has negotiated out of court with defendants and their insurance carriers. Some of Mr. Dismuke's representative case results have included a $10 million jury award for a client who incurred catastrophic injuries in an automobile accident and multiple six-figure negotiated settlements.
