A highly skilled Florida attorney, E. Taylor Davidson, Jr. offers top-notch workers’ compensation services to the residents of Lakeland, Tampa and Central Florida from the firm DDB Law. Double Board-Certified as a specialist in Civil Trial Law and Workers’ Compensation law by The Florida Bar, he has extensive experience and understanding in the fields of workers' compensation and personal injury law, as he devotes himself solely to these practices.
Mr. Davidson graduated cum laude with his Bachelor of Science degree in 1983 from Florida State University and received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Tulane Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida (1986), the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
Mr. Davidson’s practice has been focused on litigation since his admission. While his main focus has been on injury claims, he has experience with complicated business litigation in federal and state courts as well. Commercial litigation, mediations and Social Security cases were also under his purview.
After successfully securing million-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients, Mr. Davidson was honored with an invitation to the esteemed Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is also a proud member of the Willson American Inn of Court, the Judge William Wieland American Inn of Court and the Tampa Bay Workers Comp & Disability American Inn of Court. Additionally, he is affiliated with the Lakeland Bar Association and the Polk County Trial Lawyers Association.
Genuinely concerned about the welfare of his community, Mr. Davidson played a pivotal role in the 10th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission and the Executive Council of the General Practice Section of The Florida Bar in the 1990’s. He also served as the Board and Executive Committee of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America – Polk County.
