Attorney Gale H. Moore is the founder and owner of the Law Office of Gale H. Moore, P.A., in Largo, Florida. Certified in marital and family law by The Florida Bar, Ms. Moore has more than 3 decades of legal experience.  She provides exceptional counsel and support to clients throughout Pinellas County and the surrounding areas who are going through a divorce or have some other serious family law issue.

Among her impressive list of legal credentials, Ms. Moore also holds her certification in family law mediation from the Florida Supreme Court. Helping people resolve their differences and reach agreements through mediation is the most efficient and amicable manner possible.  Mediation also allows participants to resolve disputes without having to resort to costly, stressful and time-consuming court battles.

Attorney Moore also has extensive trial experience including years of service as an assistant public defender in Pinellas County.  Attorney Moore will not hesitate to take her clients' matters to court when necessary to help them achieve the favorable outcomes they expect and deserve. A 1990 graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Ms. Moore attended Stetson University College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 1993. While there, she served as teaching assistant for the family law program of Gulf-Coast Legal Services, Inc, and she received the Paul Barnard Award for clinical excellence her final year. She was also a member of the Phi Alpha Delta International Legal Honor Society.

Ms. Moore is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. She has served as the chair of the Clearwater Bar Association's Family Law Section and the co-chair of the Collaborative Law Section as well as executive director of the Canakaris Family Law Inn of Court. She has also served on several of The Florida Bar's committees and sub-committees, and she has published articles and conducted lectures and seminars across the region on a variety of legal topics.  She currently serves on the Board of the Tampa Bay Academy of Collaborative Professionals and as Collaborative Co-Chair of the Family Law Section of the Clearwater Bar Association.
