Daniel Lewin

With over a decade of experience in the field, Daniel Lewin has dedicated himself to providing reliable representation in matters of criminal defense. Working from his offices at The Lewin Law Firm, PLLC, in West Palm Beach, Florida, he serves clients across Palm Beach County, helping protect their rights and fighting for them in court. Having counseled clients in numerous cases, his practice spans DUI, boating under the influence, assault and battery, gun charges, felony and sex offenses.

With an undergraduate background in political science, government and world affairs, Mr. Lewin pursued his legal studies at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Realizing his passion for criminal law early on, he engaged himself in related classes, gaining vast perspective on the subject. He also worked for private criminal defense firms and public organizations while at school, gaining hands-on experience.

Upon admission to practice law in Florida in 2014, Mr. Lewin kicked off his career working at the Office of the Public Defender, Palm Beach County. Beginning as an intern, he worked his way up to become an attorney in the felony division, handling complex cases for clients who could spend decades behind bars. After almost 5 years of public defense, he moved to a private practice, representing clients charged with serious offenses.

Bringing his extensive experience as a public defender to his practice, Mr. Lewin understands prosecution strategies very well. This allows him to create strategies that not only are tailored to his clients’ needs but are also strong enough to fend off the prosecution’s charges. With an emphasis on effective communication, he ensures his clients are always kept informed on the ongoing developments in their case and also makes sure that their questions are always answered.
