Attorney Frank Santini is the Founder and Managing Partner of Santini Personal Injury & Car Accident Law, a plaintiff personal injury and wrongful death firm with offices in Riverview and Tampa, Florida, and Phillipsburg, New Jersey. The firm's Phillipsburg office is located along the Delaware River, directly across from Easton, Pennsylvania, and serves personal injury clients in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Licensed in Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Mr. Santini represents injured people and families in serious personal injury and wrongful death matters, including car accidents, commercial truck accidents, bicycle and e-bike accidents, premises liability, traumatic brain injuries and medical malpractice.

Mr. Santini has recovered more than $1 million for injured clients in each of Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His multistate practice also serves New Jersey and Pennsylvania residents who are injured while traveling, vacationing or living part-time in Florida, as well as clients whose injury claims otherwise involve more than one of the three states in which he is licensed.

Before founding Santini Personal Injury & Car Accident Law in 2017, Mr. Santini practiced for approximately nine years at Trenam Law, where he became a Co-Practice Group Leader. His practice included personal injury litigation on both sides of the courtroom: he represented injured plaintiffs while also defending businesses and other defendants in significant personal injury claims. He also handled complex commercial litigation. That background gives Mr. Santini experience evaluating and litigating injury claims from both the plaintiff and defense perspectives; his current practice is devoted to representing injured people and their families.

Mr. Santini has developed a particular focus on transportation-related injuries, including bicycle, e-bike, micromobility and commercial trucking accidents. Through Santini Research, a public-safety research initiative he founded, he conducts original research and data analysis involving Florida bicycle and e-bike crashes, micromobility law, commercial-truck safety, roadway design, insurance issues and injury prevention.  His 2026 research has included statewide analysis of Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles bicycle injury and fatality data and county-level analysis of bicycle crashes in Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties. His transportation-safety research has also examined the crash risks created by large commercial trucks during turning movements and the roadway, vehicle and visibility factors that can contribute to those collisions. His trucking research has included analysis of large-truck turning crashes and roadway safety in the Lehigh Valley.  His work combines personal injury law with crash-data research to examine how emerging transportation technologies affect riders, families and communities.

Mr. Santini's e-bike and bicycle safety research has also led to direct engagement with local government officials concerning crash trends, safety policy and micromobility regulation. In 2026, Orange County District 5 invited him to present “E-Bike Safety: What the Crash Data Shows” to its Neighborhood Advisory Council.

His litigation experience also includes federal appellate practice. In Santini v. Fuentes, 795 F.3d 410 (3d Cir. 2015), Mr. Santini obtained a precedential decision from the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit vacating summary judgment in part and remanding an excessive-force claim for further proceedings. The decision has since been cited in hundreds of judicial decisions.

Mr. Santini is also a published author and speaker. His writings have appeared in the American Bar Association's Law Practice Magazine and the Daily Business Review. He has presented to legal, business and professional organizations including the National Apartment Association, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International, and he has been featured or quoted in publications including the Tampa Bay Business Journal, Business Observer and Multi-Housing News.

Mr. Santini earned his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Stetson University College of Law, graduating first among the law school's full-time students and second overall. He also earned an M.B.A. from Stetson University and served as an editor of the Stetson Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College, where he was a team captain and two-time First Team All-Conference offensive lineman.

His professional recognition includes an AV Preeminent® peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell and selection to Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars for six consecutive years, from 2017 through 2022.

Mr. Santini is admitted to practice in Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Outside his legal practice, Mr. Santini has an unusual competitive background. In addition to his collegiate football career, he competed as a professional wrestler and won the NWA Florida Heavyweight Championship in 2013.
