Frank Santini

Attorney Frank Santini is the founder and managing partner of Santini Personal Injury & Car Accident Law, which has offices in Riverview and Tampa, Florida.   In 2025, Attorney Santini expanded his practice to New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Mr. Santini focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death claims for plaintiff clients, including truck accidents, medical malpractice, car accidents, and e-bike accidents.

Throughout the course of his legal career, Mr. Santini has achieved significant success advocating on behalf of those who have suffered injuries or lost loved ones as the result of another party's negligence or wrongdoing, including millions of dollars in settlements. He has also secured favorable outcomes for his commercial clients dealing with highly complex litigation matters, including a successful defense of a client regarding a $2.5 million action in arbitration and other substantial judgments.

In addition, Mr. Santini has handled several appeals, including a landmark reversal in the U.S Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit regarding excessive police force. This case holds particular significance to him because not only has the case been cited in over 700 other court cases, but he represented his own brother, who had brought action against the New Jersey State Police.

He holds his license to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Aside from being an attorney, Mr. Santini has also led a successful career as a professional wrestler, becoming the only licensed attorney to ever win the NWA Florida Heavyweight Championship. He has also appeared as an actor in various independent films and television commercials.
