D. Andrew "Drew" Smith, III

A stalwart advocate with over 20 years of experience, D. Andrew “Drew” Smith III maintains consistency in his eminent advocacy throughout the duration of the legal cases he handles with grace and poise. At Michnicka Law Ltd. in Maitland, Florida, he is well-equipped to take on complex local and state municipal legal issues, as well as land use and zoning law, government contracts, and general litigation.

Mr. Smith completed his undergraduate studies in 1999, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree from Mercer University. He went on to attend the Washington and Lee University School of Law, where his shrewd legal acumen and talents were clearly evident through his active involvement in campus activities. He received his Juris Doctor in 2002, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Florida.
