L. Elijah Stiers

L. Elijah Stiers is the founder and principal attorney at Stiers Law, P.A., in Miami, Florida. A highly esteemed trial lawyer with over two decades of legal knowledge, he is dedicated to representing clients who have endured injuries or losses due to the negligence or misconduct of others. His practice caters to many locations, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, focusing on personal injury cases involving bicycle mishaps, automobile accidents, and medical malpractice.

Mr. Stiers graduated from the University of Florida in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2003. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2004 and is licensed to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Initially working as an insurance defense attorney, Mr. Stiers gained valuable insights into the strategies employed by insurance companies to minimize or deny claims. This experience has equipped him with a unique perspective that benefits his plaintiff clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases, and businesses and corporations involved in complex civil litigation.

He also presides over The Florida Bar's Eleventh Circuit Grievance Committee and is an associate of the Dade County Bar Association – Young Lawyers Section. He is also actively involved in his community, serving as the chair of the City of Miami Parks Advisory Board.
